By joining our team, you will help us serve women and men in Metro Detroit facing unplanned pregnancies. The Staff Nurses assists the Clinic Director with providing medical services to patients such as pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, and options counseling. Limited obstetrical ultrasound training may be provided as requirements are met. Candidates must be 18 years or older and a committed Christian who holds to the sanctity of human life position. The Center Director has the responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the pregnancy care center. This includes the recruitment, training, and management of assigned volunteers, the implementation of necessary programs to meet client needs, and facility management. Prior experience with a pregnancy center and/or volunteer work experience is beneficial for qualified candidates. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. This person must be a team player, able to lead and guide Client Services Assistant and volunteers as they fulfill their duties. The Center Director needs to be able to prioritize and juggle a variety of tasks. They must have excellent communication skills and be competent at administrative duties. This person helps promote a positive first impression of the ministry, assisting those on the phone and those being greeted at the center, as well as assisting client services and medical team personnel.
